Position: Legal Counsel

Job Description: Negotiate and draft contracts in association with the General Counsel and Senior Counsel on a worldwide basis for various business divisions, including production/distribution, new media/web/interactive, marketing (sweepstakes/contests/promotions), online gaming, consumer products, and sponsorship. Handle matters pertaining to corporate governance, offshore entities, intellectual property (trademark and patent filings/enforcement), and master calendar tracking. Geographic areas of focus outside the United States include Asia, Europe, Canada and Latin America.

Requirements: JD (California bar required)

2-3 years experience in entertainment law/business

Excellent drafting, negotiating, analytical and organizational skills

Detail-oriented, able to multi-task, strong work ethic

Teamwork-oriented with friendly personality

Must be able to self manage and work flexible hours, including evenings and weekend hours

Position: Executive Assistant, Business & Legal Affairs

Job Description: This position directly supports the General Counsel. The ideal candidate should possess a high-energy positive attitude and good interpersonal skills. This position will handle calls, scheduling, travel arrangements, contract status logs/reports and basic copyright filings, and will coordinate administrative procedures within the legal department in conjunction with other departments and top level executives. Other miscellaneous duties assigned by General and Sr. Counsel.

Requirements: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

1+ yr(s) of experience in a legal or business environment

Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Outlook

Excellent organizational and communication skills (i.e., with executives and board members)

Detail-oriented, able to multi-task, switch gears and maintain confidentiality

 Position: Marketing Web Coordinator

Job Description:

· Write and edit engaging web and email marketing copy that continually refines WPT’s consumer perception as the preeminent global poker brand

· Day-to-day tracking of marketing related web projects

· Maintain web portions of interdepartment promotional calendars

· Translate creative marketing designs into HTML pages

· Organize in-product advertising flight schedules and ensure material delivery timelines are met

· Online quality control and consistent implementation of the WPT brand image and tone

· Facilitate communication and workflow between Marketing, other WPT divisions and outside agencies

· In association with related divisions, develop and regularly update affiliate/partner marketing kits

· Work with Interactive team to segment database and customize marketing messages based on user groups

· Route creative through approvals process and distribute to necessary departments, partners, affiliates and vendors

· Complete weekly status reports and post-project analyses

· Some related administrative duties, eg vendor payment processing, contract management

Requirements:

· 2 years experience in web marketing or a related field

· Proficient at hand-coding HTML and CSS, understanding of JavaScript, web design, browser compatibility issues

· Understanding of DOM, DHTML, internet trends (2.0) a plus

· Proficient at Photoshop, HTML editors

· Writing samples/portfolio highly preferred

· Entertainment, sports or gaming experience a plus

· Basic graphic design skills a plus

· Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

· Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and Power Point
