With that pot, it looks like Lavallee may have lost the chip lead for the first time since early in yesterday's play. (Though the larger chip stacks are difficult to count with four different denominations in action and a ton of physical chips on the table.)

After not putting a single chip into play all day, Larry Berg moves all in from the button for 416,000, and Tommy Vedes calls from the big blind with QJ. Berg shows QJ, and it'll be a chop unless somebody makes a flush.
The flop comes 732, and Vedes is freerolling with a diamond flush draw. The turn card is the K, clinching the pot for Vedes. (The meaningless river card is the 4.)
In the sickest fashion possible, Larry Berg (a dealer here at Bellagio who we hear was backed into a satellite to earn his entry) is eliminated in a Q-J vs. Q-J situation. There is a big hand developing at the next table, but as soon as it's resolved, the remaining players will combine to a single table.

Shawn Cunix raises under the gun to 90,000, Kido Pham calls from the small blind, and Tommy Vedes calls from the big blind. All three players check to the turn on a board of AQJ8, Pham checks, Vedes bets 115,000, Cunix calls, and Pham folds.
The river card is the K, and both players check. Cunix shows J10 to win the pot with an ace-high straight, and Vedes mucks.

Tommy Vedes raises from the cutoff to 80,000, Shawn Cunix calls from the button, and Aaron Jones moves all in from the small blind for 343,000. Vedes and Cunix both call, and Vedes checks in the dark.
The flop comes KQ3, and Cunix checks behind. The turn card is the 10, putting three spades on the board. Vedes checks, Cunix bets 230,000 into the dry sidepot, and Vedes says, "Wow," as he reluctantly folds.
Cunix shows Q10 for two pair, queens and tens, and Jones shows 66 for a pair with a low spade flush draw. Jones needs a six or a spade to stay alive.
The river card is the A, and Aaron Jones rivers a spade flush to win the pot and triple up to about 1,050,000. As soon as the spade hit the river, Vedes jumps out of his chair and storms out to the balcony to cool down -- the implication is that he had a higher spade in his hand and would have won the pot and busted Jones if Cunix hadn't bet the turn.
