It is Will "The Thrill" Failla's birthday this Monday at the partypoker WPT Montreal Main Event so it is as good a time as any to take a look at his history of WPT results. Will has cashed a dozen times on the World Poker Tour and he has played in 71 events (16.9 percent cash rate). His WPT career earnings stand at $1,135,375.

Will won his first WPT title at the Legends of Poker during Season X, good for $758,085. He went on to cash four times total during that season and he made his second final table at the Jacksonville bestbet Open. That strong performance was good enough for him to finish second in the WPT Player of Year standings just behind Joe Serock.

Will still has a fair amount of chips to work with here in Canada so we will see if he can use a little birthday rungood to make a third WPT final table. Happy Birthday Will! Here is a look at his career results on the tour.

Will Failla Takes a Hit

Level 10: 500-1,000, 100 ante

The cutoff raises to 2,000 preflop and Will Failla reraises to 6,500 on the small blind. The flop is dealt KspadeKclub6club and Failla bets 4,500. The cutoff calls and the 10heart falls on the turn. Failla fires out 8,500 and the cutoff tank-calls. Failla checkes in the dark and the river delivers the 5club. Teh cutoff flips over KheartJspade and is good enough to win the pot when Failla mucks. "I had ace-queen," said Failla, "I wish it was ace-king."
