Robert Mizrachi Eliminated in 15th Place ($15,670)
Level 20: 5,000-10,000, 1,000 ante

Robert Mizrachi has just been eliminated by the man who took most of his chips earlier in the level, Marvin Rettenmaier. It was a pre flop all-in with Mizrachi holding A
T
and Rettenmaier holding A
J
. The flop gave Mizrachi an unlikely lead when it fell K
T
8
, the 2
maintained Mizrachi's lead but the Q
handed Rettenmaier the straight and Mizrachi was out.

Rettenmaier Doubles Through Mizrachi
Level 20: 5,000-10,000, 1,000 ante
Robert Mizrachi raises to 21,000 in first position, Sam El Sayed calls in the cutoff and Marvin Rettenmaier three-bets to 64,000 from the button. Back to Mizrachi and he didn't mess about. It was a 165,000 four-bet and El Sayed folded instantly. Rettenmaier didn't look like he was going anywhere though, and as expected he moved all-in and Mizrachi made the call.

Mizrachi: A

It was a cooler for Mizrachi. The flop was Q
T
9
and you could hear one of the bloggers draw air in sharply. The turn was the K
and for a brief moment people thought that Mizrachi had hit his hand. Finally, the 4
hit the felt and Rettenmaier exhaled a huge sigh of relief. The total count was 334,000 for Rettenmaier, leaving Mizrachi with 240,000 chips. The German now has 680,000 and is still in contention to win back-to-back WPT Main Event titles.

Mizrachi Laying Down the Hammer
Level 17: 2,500-5,000, 500 ante
Robert Mizrachi is running amok over at table 3. Here he is laying down the hammer in a hand versus Sam El Sayed and Marvin Rettenmaier.
We caught the action on the flop with J

on the felt and 36,000 in the pot. El Sayed has checked from the big blind, Mizrachi has bet 19,500 from the hijack seat and Marvin Rettenmaier has raised it up to 61,500 from the button. Back to El Sayed - cigarette dangling from his lip - and he makes the call. Mizrachi picks up a tower of red 10k chips and dumps them unceremoniously over the line. The raise is a whopping 214,500 and neither player want to mess with that type of bet. They fold their hand and Mizrachi moves above Cajelais in the chip counts.
Mizrachi ~ 740,000
Rettenmaier ~ 340,000
El Sayed ~ 275,000

Chip Lead For Robert Mizrachi
Level 14: 1,200-2,400, 400 ante
It's tight, but with one hour of the day left Robert Mizrachi is the chip leader with 370,000 chips. We just kindly asked him how he managed to surge in front and this is what he said.
"I raised with 8

7

and two players called. The flop was Ax J

T

and one player called my 9,000 bet. The turn was the 3

and he check-called a 14,000 bet. The river was the 6

and he checked to me again so I bet 24,000. He then made it around 60,000 more and I tanked for a while before making the call and he showed Ax Tx."
