Keeping Things Interesting
Level 2: 75-150, ante
The players are keeping things interesting during the slower first levels of the day with some bets on the London Summer Olympics that are playing on various screens throughout the room. Matt Stout has a friendly wager at Table 71 on the South Korea vs. Spain handball match.
Stout took Spain but things aren't looking good for him since the South Koreans are up 9-5. It is also apparent that none of the players that bet on the game understand the rules of handball, which I guess is half the fun.
Stout is just happy to be in action while watching the Olympics in order to keep things interesting. Earlier in the games he was abesnt of any takers while watching the event with non-poker friends. "That was sick, for once I'm not with poker players when I want to bet every race," said Stout.
