Steve Weinstein Eliminated in 11th Place ($70,616)

Haralabos Voulgaris raises from the cutoff to 80,000, Steve Weinstein reraises from the button to 250,000, Eugene Todd moves all in from the small blind, Voulgaris folds, and Weinstein calls for a total of about 1,000,000 with AclubKdiamond. Todd shows AheartAspade, and has him heavily dominated. The board comes Jdiamond5heart4heart10diamond2spade, and Weinstein turns a gutshot straight draw, but misses on the river. Eugene Todd wins the pot, probably moving into the chip lead. (Official chip counts from the break coming soon.) Mike Matusow jokingly asks, "Eugene, are you running well?" Steve Weinstein is eliminated in 11th place, earning $70,616. After this 20-minute break, the remaining ten players will redraw for seats at one table, and continue playing until they reach the final six players for tomorrow's WPT Final Table.

Todd says, "I have to call, bro," and shows 9club9diamond. Hwang flips over AheartKheart, and it's a race situation. Hwang needs to improve to stay alive. The board comes Jclub4club2clubAspadeQclub, and Hwang turns a pair of aces, but the fourth club on the river gives Todd a flush to win the pot. Eugene Todd celebrates by bumping chests with Mike Matusow, and saying "Yeah, boy!" (Matusow had come over from the other table to watch the hand.) Sang Hwang is eliminated in 12th place, earning $70,616. When one more player is eliminated the final ten players will combine to a single table, and we will begin hand-by-hand coverage until they reach the final six.

After a flop of AheartKdiamond8diamond, Victor Ramdin is all in with Adiamond9diamond (pair of aces, flush draw) against Heung Yoon's AclubQdiamond (pair of aces, higher kicker). Ramdin needs to catch a nine or any diamond to stay alive. The turn card is the 7heart, the river card is the 5heart, and Yoon wins the pot with his queen kicker. Victor Ramdin is eliminated in 13th place, earning $54,321. The remaining 12 players are guaranteed at least $70,616.

Strahl is eliminated on the hand, and he will take home $54,321 in prize money. Kranyak shoots up to 2,355,000 after the hand.
