Jen's Place: I'm Still Alive!
Level 6: 150,000-300,000, 30,000 ante
Contrary to what some of the media and WPT staff may be wondering, I am still alive. I’m hibernating in my room to get rid of the last remnants of the fever so I can show up to work tomorrow in person. Trust me when I say that no one would've been happy to see me today – I’m a mess! I’m doing everything possible to be well enough to leave this hotel room tomorrow… Thanks again to Gary, Tony, Tom, and Ryan for understanding and not writing anything mean about me! :)

Jen's Place: Kathy Liebert Eliminated
Level 6: 150,000-300,000, 30,000 ante
With Kathy Liebert’s elimination from this Foxwoods event, it will be the WPT World Championship before we see my “greatest female player” pick again at a WPT event. Nevertheless, she remains at that top spot on my list for the reasons I stated in my previous post, not to mention that she made it down to the last 80 players out of 415 players in this tournament. While that’s not sufficient by a poker player’s standards, it shows me again that she can go deep in so many of these monstrous events – impressive. Nice game, Kathy. See you at Bellagio!
