His most notable score came in April of this year when he won the EPT Grand Final in Monte Carlo for over $3 million. Sixty-Second Spotlight: Vivek Rajkumar
Level 40: 2,000,000-4,000,000, 300,000 ante
Vivek Rajkumar ran over the final table last month at the Borgata Poker Open to win his first WPT Championship and over $1,400,000. Steamrolling his way to victory, he eliminated seven out of his final nine opponents at the final table. Destiny seemed to be on the Duck’s side as he busted Mark Seif’s pocket aces by flopping a set of tens against the poker professional. Known as “Psyduck” online, this young online professional had a large rail sweating him both at the final table and on the internet forums. Vivek is a fearless player that made some incredible moves and calls over the course of the tournament. He proved his prowess in the last hand reported where he made a large call with an eight-high flush. As he raked in the pot, his opponent asks, “if I shove on the river, do you call?” Vivek said “No…my b@!#$ aren’t that big.” I caution his opponent to believe that.
