Hands 59 - 64: Van Brugge Pays Yachou

Level 27: 25,000-50,000, 5,000 ante

Hand #59: Kees van Brugge opens to 130,000 in the small blind and Farid Yachou makes the call in the big blind. The flop is Qspade Jspade 4spade, Van Brugge bets 125,000, and Yachou makes the call. Both players check the 3heart turn. The river is the Kdiamond, Van Brugge checks, Yachou bets 375,000 and Van Brugge goes into the tank for a long time.

“Wow, that’s a big bet.” says Van Brugge

After several minutes in the tank, Yachou calls for the clock.

“Really?” Questions Van Brugge before making the call. Yachou shows Aspade Tclub for the straight, and Van Brugge folds.

Hand #60: Steve Warburton gets a walk.

Hand #61: Steve Warburton makes it 120,000 from the small blind, and Kees van Brugge calls in the big blind. The flop is Kclub 4spade 4diamond. Warburton makes a small bet of 90,000, and Van Brugge calls. The turn is the Kdiamond, and Warburton check-calls a 100,000 bet. Both players check the river, and Van Brugge wins the pot with Aspade Tclub. Warburton declared that he held Jack high.

Fredrik Andersson Hand #44: Steve Warburton raised to 100,000 from the button and Fredrik Andersson moved all in from the small blind. Warburton folded and Andersson picked up this pot.

Hand #45: Andersson raised from the button to 100,000 and Kees van Brugge three-bet all in from the small blind. Farid Yachou tanked for a little bit from the big blind before folding and Andersson made the call.

Joep van den Bijgaart Hand #30: Fredrik Andersson raised to 80,000 under the gun and he picked up the blinds and antes.

Hand #31: Steve Warburton raised to 85,000 from the small blind and he won the pot.

Hand #32: Joep van den Bijgaart raised to 85,000 under the gun and Steve Warburton three-bet to 200,000 from the button. The action folded back to Van den Bijgaart who moved all in for 1,450,000 and Warburton went into the tank for a minute before making the call.

"You gotta win a flip sometimes," Warburton said as the cards were turned over.
