Sixty Second Spotlight: Michael Banducci

Level 40: 2,000,000-4,000,000, 300,000 ante

Michael Banducci is now up to 65,000 chips after taking down the last pot with pocket Aces. Banducci may not be a familiar name to some, but is starting to make quite a name for himself. Since 2006 he has cashed 10 times at the WSOP and once at the WPT. Recently, he took down the $1,000 with rebuys bracelet event at the 2008 WSOP, good for $636,000. He is also known as "worldsgrtest" to the online poker community as a well respected online tournament professional.

Aces vs. Kings Again

Level 40: 2,000,000-4,000,000, 300,000 ante

In a battle of the blinds and after a series of raises, Michael Banducci has his opponent all-in before the flop with AheartAdiamond against KclubKdiamond. The board comes AspadeKspade3diamond4diamond7club giving Banducci the better set and the pot. He eliminates his opponent and rakes in the pot, putting him over 60,000. This is the second time in first 50 minutes of the tournament that there has been an Aces vs. Kings hand.

Quad Kings Busts Aces Full

Level 40: 2,000,000-4,000,000, 300,000 ante

On a board of KdiamondKspade3diamond Ryan Fistler is all in against an opponent holding AspadeAclub. However, Fistler could care less as he flips over KclubKheart for quad kings. The turn is the Aheart giving his opponent aces full and one out left in the deck, but when the meaningless 6diamond comes on the river Fistler doubles up to 60,000.
