The Under-21 Race Is Over, and Alexander Condon Is Last Standing
Level 7: 250-500, 50 ante
Florida's gaming regulations allow anyone over the age of 18 to enter the tournament, unlike most of the United States where the minimum age is 21. To highlight this fact, the Seminole Hard Rock Casino offers a bonus prize to the 18-20 year old who goes deepest in their WPT events.
For this event, the prize is a gift basket highlighted by an electric guitar (pictured below).
There were three 18-20 year olds in this event -- Christopher Barnes, Alexander Condon, and George Sinishtaj. Barnes busted late yesterday, and Sinishtaj busted during the last level.
So the last under-21 year old standing is Alexander Condon (pictured above). Congratulations, Alexander!

Chino Rheem's Day 2 Not Going Like His Day 1
Level 6: 200-400, 50 ante
Yesterday, WPT Champions Club member Chino Rheem seemed to win every pot he played. Today, things don't seem to be going as smoothly though.
The player under the gun raises to 1,500 and Rheem calls behind. The player in the cutoff calls as well and the three players see a flop of K
10
5
. The initial raiser checks, Rheem bets 2,300, and the player in the cutoff folds. The under the gun player then check-raises to 5,300 total. Rheem quickly calls.
The turn is the 8
and Rheem's opponent announces "check." Rheem turns and gives him a good look. He checks behind, telling the player, "You slowed me down. I don't know what you wanted, but you got what you wanted."
The river is the 4
and the other player bets 4,000. Rheem thinks a few seconds, then says, "Ace-king is good." He tosses in the chips to call and the other player shpws 9
10
for a pair of tens.
"That's good too. That's why you checked." Rheem mucks his hand and the other player takes the pot.
Chino Rheem - 40,000

Abbey Daniels Moving Up The Counts
Level 6: 200-400, 50 ante
Last year, Abbey Daniels made quite a run in the Seminole Hard Rock Showdown, taking fourth place. She is starting out Day 2 of this year's event strong too. Daniels recently busted a player when she flopped a set of deuces and is now sitting on over 80,000.
Daniels also has one interesting stat working in her favor too. Every WPT event in Florida has had a female in the final table line-up.
Abbey Daniels - 80,000
