Shane Sigsbee Eliminated By Matt Berkey in Biggest Pot of the Tournament
Level 16: 2,000-4,000, 500 ante
After a series of bets and raises, Shane Sigsbee six-bet shoves all-in from the cutoff and Matt Berkey calls from the big blind. Sigsbee started the hand with around 375,000, but Berkey has him covered with his 425,000-chip stack.
The biggest pot of the tournament so far is a coin flip, as Berkey's AK is racing with Sigsbee's QQ. The A is in the window as the flop comes out AJ2. The J on the turn keeps Berkey out front, and the J on the river gives Berkey a winning full house, jacks full of aces.
The dealer counts down the stacks just to be sure and verifies that Berkey has Sigsbee covered. Sigsbee is eliminated just shy of the money and Berkey scoops the pot to retake the chip lead.
Matt Berkey - 880,000 (220 BBs)
Shane Sigsbee - eliminated
880k just won a massive flip ak vs qq bb vs c/o. Such a skill free spot, but i appreciate the good fortune. #blessed
