Josh Arieh is under the gun and moves all-in for 109,000. Action folds to Marvin Rettenmaier in the big blind. The floor man warns the players not to turn up their cards, as the other tables are still playing hands. Rettenmaier looks at his cards and instictively turns over his KK.
Arieh then turns over his AJ, but the players are instructed to turn their hands face down until action on the other table is complete. The other hands play out, then the cards are put back face up.
The flop comes 1094 and Rettenmaier remains in the lead. The turn is the K and onlookers Philippe Ktorza and Guillaume Darcourt both celebrate, as they feel they are almost guaranteed a cash.
"Hey," Arieh tells them. "I have more outs than before," pointing out that he now has a straight draw and has four outs instead of three.
The river A is too little too late for Arieh and he is eliminated on the money bubble, ensuring the final 18 players a payday of at least $40,266.
