Tournament Rules

1. TDA rules will be used for this event.

2. Players will begin the event with $30,000 in tournament chips.

3. Blind Levels will be 90 minutes, with a 10 minute break at the end of each level.

4. With 300 or less players, play will conclude after 5 levels on day one. With more than 300 players, day one will last 6 levels with a dinner break after level 4).

5. On day 2, play will conclude when 36 players remain.

6. On day 3, play will continue until 6 players remain.

7. $9,409 will go into the prize pool, $291 will go towards all poker employees and poker management, and $300 will be the registration fee.

8. $25,500 will be withheld from the prize pool to award the winner of the tournament an entry into the World Poker Tour Championship Main Event. This event will be hosted by Bellagio, Las Vegas, and will begin in April of 2009.

The Mississippi Gaming Commission reserves the right to investigate any and all complaints and disputes regarding tournament, promotions and drawings. Such disputes and complaints will be resolved in accordance with the Mississippi Gaming Control Act and Mississippi Gaming Commission.
