General Rules
- Players will start with 30,000 in tournament chips.
- On-Site Registration for this event:
• 9A – Midnight: Tuesday, September 7th
• 8AM until Midnight daily (Wednesday, September 8th through Level 2 of this event)
• PLAYERS MAY ONLY REGISTER AND PLAY IN EITHER DAY 1A OR DAY 1B. PLAYERS ATTEMPTING TO REGISTER FOR BOTH WILL BE REQUIRED TO PLAY IN DAY 1A AND WILL FORFEIT REGISTRATION FOR DAY 1B (NO REFUNDS). - Alternates and late sign-ups for this event will be allowed to enter during the first three (3) Levels. Late sign-ups that require a new stack of chips to be placed on a table will have the equivalent of the small blind extracted from the stack every twenty (20) minutes the tournament has elapsed.
- Each Level will last 1 hour 15 minutes. Day 5 Final Table times of Levels will be at Tournament Director discretion.
- Fifteen (15) minute break after every two (2) Levels.
- Dinner Break after Level 6.
- Redraw for seats after completion of each day. Redraw at 27 and 10 or at discretion of Tournament Director.
- Tournament Director decisions are final and without recourse.
- Borgata Management reserves the right to alter, change, or cancel this tournament. Borgata will not be held responsible in the event of typographical errors or misinformation on the website or printed material pertaining to this event, and players will have no claim in these matters.
- This is a five-day tournament with two Day 1 starting days.
- Day 1A and Day 1B end after Level 8. Day 2 ends after Level 16. Day 3 ends when 27 players remain. Day 4 ends at 6 players.
- Seating may be limited.
- Residents of foreign countries without a U.S. tax treaty will be subject to withholding.
- Total prizepool reduced by 3% for dealer tip pursuant to a new law enacted by the State of New Jersey.
- $25,500 will be extracted from first place prize winnings in name of winner for entry into WPT Championship event.
* Borgata reserves the right to revise, cancel, suspend or modify tournament events at its sole discretion and without prior notice.
Management reserves the right to change tournament dates or suspend or cancel tournaments, in whole or part, without notice for any reason at any time.
