Tournament Details

We are pleased to announce the official WPT Ladies league and tour—WPT Ladies™ (WPTL). The Tour culminates with the WPT Ladies' Championship at Bellagio, which will be a televised World Poker Tour event. For event registration, please contact the host casino.

Additionally, WPT has partnered with Susan G. Komen for the Cure, the world’s largest grassroots network of breast cancer survivors and activists fighting to save lives by empowering people, ensuring quality care for all and energizing science to find the cures. Players will have the opportunity to donate at each tour stop and 15 percent of each $1,500 buy-in at the WPTL Championship will directly benefit Komen for the Cure.

General Rules:

1.    Players will start with $3000 in tournament chips.

2.    Each level will last 60 minutes.

3.    15 minute break at the end of each two levels.

4.    Dinner break at approximately 9 PM.

5.    3% of prize money will be withheld for poker room staff.

6.    Management reserves the right to change or cancel tournaments.

7.    Final table will resume play at 3 PM the following day (WPT TV Final 4.25.08)

8.    Winners will be paid in casino chips.

9.    Tournament champion will receive a $25,000 + $500 entry for the April 19 - April 26, 2008 WPT Championship event

         based on a minimum $300,000 prize pool.

10.   Residents of foreign countries without a U.S. tax treaty will be subject to withholding.

11.   NO RE-BUYS: Your chips will be confiscated and you will NOT RECEIVE A REFUND OR COLLECT ANY PRIZE MONEY.
