Average Bet Size as Percentage of Pot:
For every post-flop street compare the player bet size to the size of the pot whenever the player makes the first bet on that street. For example, if a pot is 1500 chips and the first bet on the flop is 1000 chips, that player bet 67% of the pot.

Average Raise Size as Percentage of Pot:
For every street, compare the size of the raise to the size of the pot after the initial bet has been called. Include raises on all streets including preflop. For example, if a pot is 1500 chips, player A bets 1000 and player B raises that bet to a total 5000 chips (a raise of 4000 chips). The pot size when the player makes the raise is 1500 (initial pot) + 1000 (player A bet) + 1000 (player B call) = 3500 chips. The ratio for this data point would thus be 4000/3500 = 1.14 or 114% of the pot.
