Anthony Zinno Eliminated in 24th Place by Ryan Yu

Season XIII Hublot WPT Player of the Year Anthony Zinno (pictured) moves all in for his last 90,000 or so from the cutoff and Ryan Yu calls in the small blind. Yu has Zinno in bad shape with  to Zinno’s .

Zinno gets no help from the  board and he is eliminated on one of the first hands back from break.

Zinno’s elimination leaves Eric Afriat as the only WPT Champions Club member left in the field. It also eliminates the biggest threat to challenge current frontrunner Benjamin Zamani in the Hublot WPT Player of the Year race. Ema Zajmovic can still move as high as fourth with a victory, but no one else left in the field would make much of an impact on the top of the standings.
