Hand #66: Alex Foxen Takes Chip Lead from Sean Perry

Dec 10, 2017

Alex Foxen

Sean Perry raises to 160,000 from the button and Ryan Tosoc calls in the small blind, as does Alex Foxen (pictured) in the big blind.

The flop lands Spade KHeart 2Spade 7 and both Tosoc and Foxen check to Perry who bets out 180,000. Tosoc folds, but Foxen calls, as the turn lands the Diamond 7.

Foxen cuts out a bet of 485,000 and Perry calls as the river of the Diamond 10 completes the board.

Foxen uses his full extension of time before betting out 1,450,000. Now Perry goes into the tank, and as his time is about to expire, he calls.

Foxen tables his Heart 7Spade 6 for trips, and Perry mucks his hand. With this pot, Foxen is now the chip leader.

Alex Foxen – 9,945,000
Sean Perry – 6,050,000
