Los Angeles, CA (November 4, 2015) – World Poker Tour® today announced the second-half schedule for Season XIV, including an historic addition with the season-ending WPT® Tournament of Champions. Hosted at Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino in Hollywood, FL, home to the largest WPT Main Tour event in history, the WPT Tournament of Champions will be reserved for Season XIV champions and WPT Champions Club™ members only. The winner of the $15,400 buy-in event will be crowned the “champion of champions” and cement their legacy on the World Poker Tour.
The televised Season XIV WPT Tournament of Champions kicks off on April 21, immediately following the WPT Seminole Hard Rock Poker Showdown. Every Season XIV Main Tour champion is automatically entered into the WPT Tournament of Champions, and will have their airfare and hotel accommodations covered.
