Los Angeles, CA (March 20, 2017) – World Poker Tour® today announced that Monster®, the official headphones and speakers of the WPT®, returns as the title sponsor of the WPT Tournament of Champions, taking place April 7-9, 2017, at Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino in Hollywood, Florida.
As title sponsor of the prestigious, season-ending event, Monster will add $100,000 to the prize pool of the Monster WPT Tournament of Champions, creating a valuable overlay for WPT Champions Club members competing in this rake-free tournament.
In addition to the six-figure cash overlay given to the prize pool, each member of the six-handed, televised final table will receive a Monster Superstar Ravebox, the portable, high-definition speaker that allows you take the dance festival home, with a dazzling kaleidoscope of sights and sounds. The winner of the Season XV Monster WPT Tournament of Champions will receive a pair of Rose Gold Wireless Over-Ear Element Headphones from Monster.

The season-ending event is only open to members of the WPT Champions Club and features a rake-free $15,000 buy-in. The event will be filmed and broadcast as part of WPT’s televised schedule for Season XV.
