In just six days, the World Poker Tour® takes center stage in the heart of the European capital, Brussels, Belgium. Held at Grand Casino Brussels starting Tuesday, February 21, 2017, WPT® National Brussels spans six days and is highlighted by the heavily anticipated WPT National Brussels €1,200 Main Event.

The €1,200 Main Event takes place February 23-26 and has three starting days, including a “Fast Chance” Day 1c on Friday, February 24 at 10 p.m. local time.

Players will be allowed one re-entry per starting day, and the “Fast Chance” Day 1c will be the last chance for players to qualify for Day 2 using the same Main Event structure, but with shorter blind levels of 20 minutes. Late registration will be available until the end of Level 9 on each Day 1.

Kicking off the series of events is the WPT National Brussels €250 Warm Up, starting at 5 p.m. local time on Tuesday, February 21. This is a no-limit hold’em freezeout event, and players will begin with a 15,000-chip starting stack and play 20-minute levels.

The WPT National Brussels schedule features some other great events, including the €2,200 High Roller running February 22-23. the €200 H.O.R.S.E. Classic on February 23, the €300 Omaha Deepstack on February 25, and the €400 Viage Poker Cup taking place February 25-26.

The previous trip to Brussels for the WPT National tour took place in October 2016, featuring a main event buy-in of €750. That event attracted a field of 315 entries and was won by Paul Gresel for a score of €45,000.

This upcoming trip to Brussels for the WPT National Brussels event will be the only stop held in Belgium in 2017.
