World Poker Tour® action will continue in Europe with WPT® National Brussels at Grand Casino Brussels, which takes place Feb. 21-26, 2017. The series is highlighted by the WPT National Brussels €1,200 Main Event taking place Feb. 23-26.

WPT National Brussels €1,200 Main Event has three starting days, including a “Fast Chance” Day 1c on Friday, Feb. 24 at 10 p.m. local time. Players will be allowed one re-entry per starting day, and the “Fast Chance” Day 1c will be the last chance for players to qualify for Day 2 using the same Main Event structure, but with shorter blind levels of 20 minutes. Late registration will be available until the end of Level 9 on each Day 1.

In addition to the €1,200 Main Event, the WPT National Brussels schedule features the €2,200 High Roller running Feb. 22-23. the €200 H.O.R.S.E. Classic on Feb. 23, the €300 Omaha Deepstack, and the €400 Viage Poker Cup taking place Feb. 25-26.

This trip to Brussels for the WPT National event in February will be the only stop held in Belgium in 2017. The last WPT National Brussels Main Event took place in October 2016, with a buy-in of €750. The event attracted 315 entries and was won by Paul Gresel. Gresel, a WPT regular in the European region, earned the €45,000 top prize. Earlier in the year, in May, Gresel won the WPT Amsterdam €1,500 Big Stack event to the tune of €69,020.

Grand Casino Brussels Viage is located in the heart of the European capital with a unique complex that will keep players entertained throughout their stay. The facility features 39 tables games, and its high standards and professional staff are one of the many reasons why the WPT National Brussels festival has become one of the favorite stops for European poker players.
