Congratulations to Christophe Bouziane, winner of the Gioco Digitale WPT® National Sanremo €1,000 Main Event for €78,000. Bouziane, a Frenchman, topped a field of 444 entries to earn the largest live tournament result of his career.

Bouziane was making his third WPT National cash after having previously finished 13th and 42nd on the tour. He made this finish count, though, making his way to the final table and defeating Italian Paolo Bonfanti in heads-up play for the victory.
The event had a prize pool guarantee of €300,000 that was easily surpassed by the field size of 444, generating €387,612.
