Adda52.com to Have Rights to WPT® Brand and TV Library in India

Los Angeles, CA (April 14, 2016) — World Poker Tour® today announced an international brand licensing agreement with Gaussian Networks Pvt. Ltd.’s poker brand, Adda52.com, under which it has agreed to license products and services on an exclusive basis in India. Adda52.com, the largest poker website in India, will have the rights to distribute select seasons of the WPT® television library, create WPT merchandise, and leverage the WPT brand to secure local sponsorship partners.
In addition, Adda52.com will qualify players from India to participate in select World Poker Tour events held around the globe.
Founded in 2011, Adda52.com is unquestionably the market leader for online poker in India, a country with a population of more than 1.25 billion and a burgeoning poker community. In 2016, Adda52.com reached 800,000 registered users and hosted India’s first-ever 10 Million INR-guaranteed tournament.
