The first full European season for WPTDeepStacks continues with WPTDeepStacks Portugal starting August 25, 2017, at Casino Solverde in Vilamoura, Portugal. The festival runs through September 3 and features an €1,100 buy-in, €200,000 guaranteed Main Event starting on August 31. The WPTDeepStacks Portugal Main Event has two starting flights, August 31 and September 1, and concludes with the final table on September 3.
The series kicks off with the €350 opening event on August 25. This event has two starting flights and a player-friendly structure with 20,000 in tournament chips and 30-minute blind levels. Reentries are allowed, as well as late registration, until the start of Level 10. This event will conclude on August 28.
Also among WPTDeepStacks Portugal’s 10-tournament schedule is the €2,200 High Roller, running August 28-30. Players in this one will begin with 40,000 in chips and play 40-minute levels on Day 1 before the levels are kicked up to 60 minutes in length for Day 2 onward. One reentry is allowed per player and late registration will close at the end of Level 1 on Day 2.
