Dann Turner entered the final table with the chip lead, and first to go was Prasad Inamdar in ninth place. Mario Sequeira followed him to the payout desk in eighth place, and then TJ Eisenmann busted in seventh. Niv Decalo then doubled through Turner, leaving Turner short, and the start-of-day chip leader was eliminated shortly thereafter.
