WPT Seminole Hard Rock Lucky Hearts Poker Open

In just about two weeks, February 10 to be exact, WPT Seminole Hard Rock Lucky Hearts Poker Open will kick off at the beautiful Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino in Hollywood, Fla. The $3,500 buy-in re-entry event is considered by many players to be one the best stops on tour because of the weather, dining options and the amenities at the property itself. Join the Royal Flush Girls, Mike Sexton and Tony Dunst as they head south for this event to experience this world-class resort.

From the award-winning pool complex and the cutting-edge nightlife of the Bongos Sky Club and Passion Nightclub to the laid-back pub atmosphere of Murphy’s Law and the luxurious Rock Spa, Seminole Hard Rock has something to offer every guest. The Royal Flush Girls will be making the most of the options available while in town for the event, visiting the wildlife habitats of Seminole Oaklee Village and hanging out at the Beach Club making some of their signature drinks (scheduled to take place on February 13).

The tournament itself features a $3,500 buy-in with re-entry available through Day 1B and is expected to draw poker players from all over the world. Last year’s event at the Seminole Hard Rock, WPT Seminole Hard Rock Showdown, was so successful and popular that there are now two events scheduled for their WPT-branded poker room during Season X. The Season IX WPT Seminole Hard Rock Showdown drew an incredible 433 entrants and generated a prizepool of $4,156,800. Eventual champion Taylor Von Kriegenbergh took home an astounding $1,122,340 first-place prize while adding his name to the WPT Champions Cup. Expect a similar turnout for this event and the upcoming WPT Seminole Hard Rock Poker Showdown in April.

Be sure to tune into the WPT Live Updates page to keep up with the action when it gets underway on February 10.
