The finish of the final table is far from ideal for Felipe Ramos. The Brazilian has already lost a few pots and has lost more than 800,000 of the 2.2 million that he started at the final table.

First it was Alain Bauer who preflop limped for 30,000 and made it according to 240,000, after Ramos had reduced to 105,000. Ramos added a flop, but quickly threw away while Bauer was still preparing a big bet at 5h3cQc.

Alain Bauer limped pre-flop and Felipe Ramos raised to 105,000. Bauer then re-raised to 240,000 and Ramos called. The flop came Heart 5Club 3Club Q, but Ramos folded while Bauer was still preparing a big continuation bet.

Then, Laurent Polito raised to 60,000 on the button and Bauer called in the small blind. Leonardo Armino then three-bet to 140,000 in the big blind. Polito folded and Bauer announced that he had a pair before calling.

The flop came Diamond 3Heart 2Spade 2 Bauer checked and Armino bet 50,000. Bauer check min-raised to 100,000 and Armino called. The turn Club 9 was checked by both players and the river brought the Diamond 10.

Bauer checked and Armino bet 200,000.

“You hit then ten?” asked Bauer, “I really want to see.”

Eventually Bauer called and Armino showed Club ASpade A. Bauer showed Club 4Diamond 4 and handed over the chips to his opponent.
