Ben Lamb (pictured) took his seat late in Level 1, and already he has been on a roller coaster of a day.

It began when Lamb was looking at a board of Heart KDiamond 9Spade 6Heart 3Diamond 4, and after his opponent in the big blind checks, Lamb moves all in for roughly 13,000. His opponent calls for his last 9,050 and tables Club AHeart A to best Lamb’s Heart 10Heart 7.

As Lamb drops down to roughly 4,300 in chips, he would find a double shortly after when he was all in preflop holding Diamond QHeart Q against an opponent’s Diamond KClub J. The board ran out Diamond 2Spade 3Club 7Spade 2Diamond 4 and Lamb doubles through.

Most recently, Lamb was facing a raise to 400 from middle position, and he three-bet his button to 1,200 holding Club AHeart J. His opponent calls the re-raise, and then both players check down the Diamond 7Heart 10Spade 8Heart 3Spade 7 board with Lamb’s ace-high besting his opponent’s king-high.

Ben Lamb – 9,100
