While this Day 1A field continues to play through Level 7, some of the bigger names we’ll see in this WPTDS Big Stax 1500 event have recently taken their seats. A handful of those players have come from the biggest side event of this Big Stax series, as the $1,000 ‘NLH Six Max’ event started with 22 players coming back for Day 2.

That field is now down to the final table and throughout the last three hours, since that event restarted play at 1 PM, plenty of ‘Six Max’ casualties have going the 1500 action. One of those players is Justin Liberto, who boasts one of the more thorough after Parx resumes, as well as a WSOP bracelet.

The Baltimore native also has had some past WPT success, including a final table run in last year’s WPT WPO Championship at Borgata. Another player with solid WPT results is Tom Dobrilovic. While some of his best career result have come in World Poker Tour based events, the New Yorker has had success at nearly every level imaginable.

He’s amassed half a dozen major tournament wins and over $1,500,000 in career earnings, making himself one of the more experienced players in today’s field. The only player more experienced? Kyle Bowker, who has over 100 rated tournament results and over $2,500,000 in career earnings.

Bowker final tabled the last Big Stax 1500 championship in May and will now try to regain that form this weekend, as he and Dobrilovic are making their first appearances of this WPTDS Big Stax XV 1500 series today.
