Brian Altman Wins A Three Bet Pot

Action is picked up on the flop in a three-bet pot between Brian Altman in the cutoff and another player in the button.  

The board reads and Altman checks over to his opponent who bets 4,000. Altman responds by raising to 13,000 and his opponent goes into the tank before calling. 

One the turn , Altman sizes up to 18,000 and his opponent thinks for a couple of minutes before tossing his hand into the muck, ceding the pot to Altman.
