Chris Bell Doubles Through Kevin Kwan

Kevin Kwan opens with a raise under the gun, and Glenn Larson calls on the button before Chris Bell (pictured) three-bets from the big blind to 58,000.
Kwan and Larson both call, and the dealer spreads a 
flop. Bell checks, Kwan bets 98,000, and Larson folds.
Bell responds with a three-bet to 354,000 leaving himself just 13,000 behind. Kwan goes deep into the tank, and Eric Vallee eventually calls time on Kwan. As the Tournament Director begins her countdown, with just two seconds left, Kwan tosses in a chip to signify a call.
The turn lands the 
and Bell bets his last 13,000 and Kwan calls.

The dealer doesn’t follow through with Kwan’s wishes as he drops the
