From under the gun, Kristen Bicknell (pictured left) opens to 6,000 and Dan Shak (pictured right) calls next to act. The player in the hijack three-bets to 22,000, and the action folds back to Bicknell.
Bicknell and Shak both call and then check the flop over to the hijack who continues for 37,000.
Bicknell responds with a check-raise to 95,000, and Shak moves all in for 239,500 total. The hijack immediately folds, and after some back-and-forth, Bicknell calls.

Shak was in the lead but needs to fade hearts or running straight cards.
Immediately for Shak, the lands on the turn to end Bicknell’s chances as the completes the board on the river.
With that pot, Shak captures the chip lead here on Day 2 of the WPT Five Diamond World Poker Classic.
