After a flop of Club 7Spade 6Spade 4, Derrick Geliberte bets 3,500 from the small blind, the big blind calls, and David “ODB” Baker raises from the hijack to 15,000.

Geliberte tanks for a long time before he calls, and the big blind quickly folds.

The turn card is the Heart 5, Geliberte bets 30,000, and now it’s Baker’s turn to go into the tank.

Baker eventually moves all in for about 70,000, and Geliberte snap-calls with Diamond 8Club 8 as he turned an eight-high straight.

Baker turns over Diamond 5Diamond 3 — he flopped a seven-high straight, but now he needs to catch one of the two remaining eights in the deck to stay alive.

The river card is — the Heart 8!

The river card puts an eight-high straight on the board to counterfeit Geliberte, and it’s a chopped pot.
