David Ormsby Moving Back Up

David Ormsby is down to 20,000 when he opens to 1,300 from middle position and picks up one caller in the big blind. They see the  flop and both check. The big blind puts out 1,500 after the  turn and Ormsby thinks for a moment before calling.

Both players check the  river and the big blind player announces ace-high. Ormsby tables  and it’s good enough to move his stack higher.

The defending champion has not had a lot of luck in the early stages but he’s moving closer to a starting stack.
