Dylan Wilkerson Looking To Make Another WPT Deep Run

Mar 27, 2014

Roger Lamia raises to 3,200 before the flop from middle position and it folds around to Dylan Wilkerson in the big blind who calls. The flop comes all spades — [Ks][Qs][8s] — and after Wilkerson checks, Lamia bets, then Wilkerson pushes his short stack all in and Lamia folds.

Wilkerson is here trying to further what has been a remarkable last month on the World Poker Tour. He took second place in 383-entry field at the 2014 WPT Fallsview Poker Classic in late February, then turned around and finished runner-up again at the WPT Bay 101 Shooting Star earlier this month in a field of 718 entries, with those two cashes totaling nearly $1 million.

Roger Lamia – 75,000 (47 bb)
Dylan Wilkerson – 26,000 (16 bb)
