Barry Shulman raises from the button to 50,000, and Ed Blount (pictured) calls from the big blind. The flop comes [Kc7d6s], Blount bets 50,000, Shulman raises to 150,000, and Blount calls.

Both players check the [3d] on the turn and the [3c] on the river. Blount shows [7s5s] for two pair, sevens and threes, but Shulman turns over [KhQs] for two pair, kings and threes. Shulman wins the pot.

The next hand, WPT Champions Club member Bobby Oboodi moves all in from the hijack for 308,000, and Ed Blount tanks for a long time in the small blind. He has 12,000 in front of him as the small blind, and 95,000 behind.

Blount tanks for more than three minutes, and folds seconds before the level ends. Eugene Todd folds the big blind, and Oboodi takes the blinds and antes.
