Eddy Sabat Eliminated by Brian Altman

WPT Champions Club member Brian Altman opens the hijack to 6,500 and is met with a call in the small blind before Eddy Sabat moves all in from the big blind for 43,500.
Altman responds with an iso-shove for 150,000 effective and the small blind folds.
Altman:

The dealer spreads a 
flop to keep Sabat in the lead, but when the 
lands on the turn, Altman now takes the lead.
Needing an eight or a seven to stay alive, Sabat unfortunately sees the 
complete the board on the river, and he is eliminated.
