Ely Levy Leads the Final 18 Players

After six levels and change, the final two tables of the WPT Seminole Hard Rock Poker Showdown are set.

Ely Levy (pictured) chipped up early and held the chip lead for the majority of the day, eventually bagging 6,285,000. He is closely followed by Griffin Paul (6,055,000) and Shawn Nguyen (4,190,000) rounds out the top three. Others still in the hunt include David Peters (3,110,000), Joe Ebanks (2,690,000), Brian Green (1,750,000), and Dan Heimiller (500,000).

Two-time Champions Club members Mohsin Charania (1,435,000) and Cornel Cimpan (1,100,000) will both be looking to add their names to the WPT Champions Cup for a third time.

Day 3 began with 92 players and Raj Vohra began as the chip leader, but ultimately busted in 22nd place. WPT commentator Vince Van Patten fell in 27th place, and ClubWPT Qualifer Ernest Evans exited in 62nd place, earning $12,000.
