Feng Li started the day out with 34,500 chips, but he’s been on an absoulte tear and now has 180,000 in front of him. One of biggest casulties of Li’s crazy run is Vanessa Rousso, who just came by to give us a recap of her day.

“It was so insane, I think I lost more than 10 hands again him,” Rousso sighed, as Li got the better of her the entire day.

Rousso went on to explain how there was one hand on which she, and three other players saw a flop, and the flop brought T65 with two spades. Rousso held Aspade8spade and bet 6,000, and a short stacked player called with just 7,000 left behind. Li moved all in, Rousso folded her strong draw with 50,000 chips behind and the short-stacked player called.

“He had a set of fives, and there was no spade on the turn or river,” Rousso said, as she avoided an even earlier knockout there.

“Then I lost a whole bunch of blind battles against him, he had top pair or two pair, when I had a weaker pair or just top pair.”

On the final hand the action folded to Rousso who shoved from the small blind for 32,000 holding 2club8club, and Krisen Sakadavan called from the big blind with KQ. The board brought no help and Rousso hit the rail.
