Francois Tosques Doubles Through Jaouad Abida

Sep 30, 2018

The blinds move up to 30,000/60,000 with a big blind ante of 60,000 and Jaouad Abida defends his big blind against the cutoff raise of Kalidou Sow. Abida check-raises the Diamond ASpade 7Spade 5 flop from 125,000 to 310,000 and Sow calls.

Abida bets the Diamond 4 turn for 200,000 to pick up a call and both then opt to check the Heart A on the river. Abida tables Club AHeart 2 for trips aces and scoops the pot.

One hand later, Francois Tosques moves all in from the button for more than one million chips and Abida in the small blind calls. Sebastien Boyard in the big blind has far less chips than both and asks for a count on Tosques to see how much he moved all in for, which happens to be 1,115,000. Boyard has a decision to make and folds.
