Gorham Takes Sizable Pot From Kumar

Jasthi Kumar opens his button to 235,000 only to have Jimmy Gorham three-bet to 600,000 from the small blind. Theo Tran folds his big blind and Kumar calls.

The flop is  and Gorham continues for 450,000. Kumar calls and the  falls on fourth street. Gorham slows with a check and Kumar does the same. The  finishes off the board and Gorham checks again. Kumar bets 1,200,000 and Gorham calls.

Kumar shows  for king-high only to be bested by Gorham’s  for a pair of tens. Gorham takes the pot and the chip lead.
