Greg Getting Merson-ary

Greg Merson got a late start today, but he’s wasting little time trying to obtain chips from others at his table who have been here much longer.

With the board showing  and a little over 20,000 in the middle, Merson announces he is all in and when his chips are counted it is revealed the bet is for 17,500. That sends Merson’s opponent into the tank for over a minute, though he finally lets his hand go and Merson scoops the pot.

Put Merson on about 38,000 now.
