Hand #100: – Tony Jun Lu limps the hijack and Mark Zhu shoves from the small blind for a total of 1,175,000. Naj Ajez calls and Lu lets his cards go, leaving Zhu at risk as the cards turn over.

The nines of Ajez are in a commanding spot and Zhu will need some sailboats to keep his tournament going. The dealer fans out Heart 7Diamond 7Spade 3 on the flop, leaving Zhu in a tough spot.

An Heart 8 turn card lands and Zhu needs a four but the Heart 5 river hits the post. Local grinder Zhu takes an exit in 6th place and Ajez pulls in the pot to climb the leaderboard ranks.

HAND #101 – Yang Lei opens to 300,000 from the hijack, Mark Staples calls in the cutoff, and Naj Ajez calls from the small blind. The flop falls Heart 10Club 9Heart 8 and Staples bets 500,000, Ajez folds and Lei calls to see the Heart 9 turn.

Both players check through to the Club 3 river where Lei bets 400,000. Staples calls and Lei tables Heart JDiamond J. Staples mucks and Lei pulls in the hand.
