There were no all-in-and-call situations in the first two hands of hand-for-hand play on the Money Bubble.

In Hand #3, Mike Leah raises under the gun to 25,000, Jim Kalogritsas moves all in from the button for 58,000, and Leah reminds Kalogritsas not to show his hand yet as he calls. Both players have to keep their hands concealed until action concludes on all of the other tables.

Leah tells Kalogritsas, “You’re ahead, but I’m lucky. You don’t want to see spades.”

Kalogritsas says, “This hand has been my nemesis for two days, but it’s a nice hand.”

When action concludes at all the other tables, Kalogritsas turns over Club ADiamond Q, and he needs his hand to hold to stay alive against Leah’s Spade KSpade 5.

The board comes Club 9Diamond 3Spade 2Heart 5Club 6, and Leah pairs his five on the turn to win the pot and eliminate Kalogritsas on the Money Bubble in 76th place.

Mike Leah  –  690,000  (69 bb)
Jim Kalogritsas  –  Eliminated on the Money Bubble  ($0)

The remaining players are all in the money, guaranteed at least CAD $6,720 (~US $5,014) each.
