Hands 11-16: Calderon Dubs Himself Table Captain

Hand 11 – Albert Calderon (pictured) opens to 475,000 from the small blind and Hunter Cichy defends his big blind to see the Club KHeart QDiamond 10 flop. Calderon jams and Cichy folds.

Hand 12 – Cichy completes the small blind, Will Nguyen taps his option and the flop comes down Diamond ADiamond 8Spade 5. Both players check it through to showdown, having a Heart 10Spade 4 runout to complete the board, and Cichy shows Spade KDiamond 9 for king-high, Nguyen mucks.

Hand 13 – Calderon opens to 375,000 in the cutoff and everyone folds.

Hand 14 – Nguyen raises to 300,000 on the button, Viet Vo calls in the big blind and Vo taps the Spade QClub JDiamond 7 flop. Nguyen continues and Vo ducks out.

Hand 15 – Nguyen opens to 300,000 from the cutoff, Calderon defends his big blind and the dealer spreads out Spade QClub 10Heart 7. Both players check and the Diamond 9 lands on the turn. Calderon bets 700,000 and Nguyen folds.

Hand 16 – Nguyen raises to 300,000 from under the gun and Vo three-bets to 875,000 on the button, Nguyen folds.
