Hand #110  –  Chen Ke gets a walk.

Hand #111  –  Chen Ke moves all in for 1,035,000 and Pete Yanhan Chen (pictured) quickly calls, tabling Spade KSpade 4. Ke is live but behind with Heart QClub 3.

The flop comes Heart ASpade 10Club 10, keeping Pete out front and leaving Ke with little chance for a comeback.

The turn brings the Spade 7, taking away more of Ke’s outs, as Pete picks up a straight draw.

The river is the Club 9 and, with that, Pete takes the pot and the title! Ke finishes runner-up, collecting an impressive CNY 1,373,026.

Pete Yanhan Chen earns CNY 2,063,454, which includes his US $15,000 entry into the season-ending WPT Tournament of Champions. He also wins a WPT Champions Trophy, a beautiful championship ring, and his name will be engraved on the WPT Champions Cup alongside every other WPT champion from all 16 seasons. Moreover, he will forever be the first-ever champion of a WPT main tour event in China. Yanhan earns 1,000 points in the Season XVI Hublot WPT Player of the Year race, which he is currently leading by winning the first WPT event of the season.
