HAND #170  –  Bien Mai completes the small blind to 250,000, Reiji Kono raises from the big blind to 900,000, and Mai calls. Both players check to the river on a board of Heart QSpade 8Heart 5Heart 9Club 2, Mai bets 1,300,000, and Kono calls.

Mai shows Spade KSpade 6 for king high, but Kono turns over Diamond 7Club 5 to win the pot with a pair of fives.


HAND #171  –  Bien Mai raises from the button to 500,000, and Reiji Kono calls from the small blind.

The flop comes Spade ADiamond ADiamond J, Kono checks, Mai bets 350,000, and Kono check-raises to 800,000. Mai calls.

The turn card is the Diamond 8, Kono bets 2,000,000, and Mai thinks for a while before he calls.

The river card is the Club 5, Kono moves all in, and Mai snap-calls with Heart JClub J for a flopped full house, jacks full of aces. Kono flashes Spade QSpade 10 for a queen-high bluff, and Mai wins the pot to double up in chips.
