Hevad Khan Down to 1,600

Apr 3, 2009

Two players limp into the pot and Hevad Khan raises to 1,050 from the button.  The big blind calls as does the first limper.  The flop comes [JcJd2h] and action is checked around.

The turn brings the [10h].  The big blind checks and the original limper bets 2,000.  Khan calls and the big blind folds.  When the board double pairs on the river with the [10s], Khan’s opponent bets out 6,000.  Khan only has 7,600 left in front of him and after about thirty seconds of thought he makes the call.

Khan’s opponent shows [Jh8h] for top full house and takes down the pot.

Hevad Khan – 1,600
